[ELGIS] ELGIS6 Testing packages will very soon be moved to Stable

Hello,

I am making good progress with the big update based on Fedora Git repositories.
(you can follow here: http://elgis.argeo.org/gitweb/)

In order to be able to deploy the new packages to ELGIS6 Testing, and
if no objection, I will soon move the packages currently in Testing to
Stable.
