[fdo-internals] FDO Trac Instance

Folks,

I've taken the liberty to flesh out the FDO Trac bug tracker instance a
bit with some categories.

   http://trac.osgeo.org/trac/fdo/admin/ticket/components

I've put in a few of the "categories owners" that seemed obvious to me.
Should we just have "gregboone" for the rest?

The main page for the FDO internals (ie. Trac) site is:

   http://trac.osgeo.org/trac/fdo

Don't rush to bookmark that as it is likely to move to:

   http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo

within the next week or two.

Logging into the trac site is done using the same userid and password as
used for svn, and Trac will use the email address associated with this
userid (in ldap) for sending email notifications with regard to bugs.

Currently just Bob and I are listed as Trac admin's but it is easy to add
others.  Any authenticated user can update the wiki, tickets, etc.  In fact
anonymous users can also create and modify tickets though they can't modify
anything else.
