[fdo-internals] providers.xml vs. FdoIConnectionInfo

Hi,
provider.xml should not be access directly but there is a class
FdoProvider that you can use to get information similar to
FdoIConnectionInfo which uses provider.xml.

Yes, that's my understanding of how it works, although I've never
seen the Hammerhead code to be sure :-)
And, it seems to stay in contradiction with what Jack said, that
provider.xml should not be used by an application.
Unless, the Hammerhead is not considered as a regular/external
FDO client...
