Actually, I missed the fact that the Execute() methods were returning
FdoStringCollection the first time around.  I didn't realize that
commands could have custom return types, and had expected the result
to be a tabular resultset.

On review of the detailed method documentation embedded within the RFC
I think the results of the various commands are fairly clear and likely
don't need further clarification.
