Jason,

I agree that new ADSK committers also need to go through the approval process
and that there is more to it (committer agreements, etc) than I noted.  The
Fogel book for instance was quite clear on the importance of "insiders"
needing to prove their chops before getting committer access for instance.

Of course, existing commiters are all effectively grandfathered as far as
approval.

Incidentally, I don't think I've signed a committer agreement.  I don't know
about Haris, Mateusz and Zak.  I think the PSC does need to address this
(normalizing our committers legal status) as part of the incubation process.
