Greg,

I have corrected the unit tests in trunk so they all pass now.  The
failures related to the spatial context implementation done a bit ago.
Unfortunately now the TestData/pci_eg directory (which contains a mixture
of spatial contexts) cannot be directly opened.  I also had to fiddle
with other tests for similar reasons and to have them check for the gdal
returned names and coordinate systems for the various files.
