I'm not clear on what you mean by released.  Did we have an FDO release
recently?  I was under the vague understanding that 3.3 was in alpha
currently.

I am *asking* that FDO not use GDAL 1.4.3.  Either upgrade to 1.4.4
when it becomes available (soon, eg. Monday/Tuesday) or back off to GDAL
1.4.2.  The objective is to keep use of GDAL 1.4.x ABI compatible.
