[fdo-internals] Remove Generated Files

Oh, sure, sorry.

I was just concerned that users would have to install extra tools to
build FDO.  It looks like these are all required anyway (at least in the
Ubuntu compile docs) so I have no problem with ./configure and friends
being removed.  I think a lot of the user problems compiling FDO may
have been from expecting it to work without generating this themselves,
so this may remove some issues?
