Although I would have suggestion for DescribeSchema. Schema name to be
string collection of schema names and if schema of full class name is
not in schema collection to not throw exception but to return that
classes anyhow.
In that case more possible ways of usage would be covered. Client would
be able to get all classes from 2 or more schemas and also would be able
to get all classes from some schemas and selected classes from another
schemas.

RFC 23 (http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/wiki/FDORfc23) is updated once again
to propose changes to DescribeSchema for allowing a hint for restricting
the classes in the returned schema.  Completion of the review for the
RFC is still targeted for July 23.  As usual, please reply to this list
with your comments.
