Simon pointed out there is already a landing page on fdo.osgeo.org for the
Oracle provider, though I couldn't see anything pointing to it.  I have taken
the liberty of adding a brief pointer in:

   http://fdo.osgeo.org/OSProviderOverviews.html

I see the OGR provider is already handled there.  Perhaps we can add the
postgis provider when it is a little more ready for prime time.
