No, I'm happy with the bare look (especially now that you've nuked the ugly red links) though we could certainly use a nice image on the main page and maybe a logo.

Better internal information organization would be necessary as we migrated documents from the main website.  In particular, one thing that is missing from Trac is a sidebar navigation system.  Hectares BC is using a macro called TracNav (yes, I know that we're trying not to use custom stuff in Trac) that would meet this need:
