[fdo-internals] Idea for handling PostGIS provider selection on views

Would it be a good idea to implement the KingFdoTable inside de PostGIS
provider?
This way it would be possible to specify a primary key on a view.
And support for X/Y.

I think matheous based the implementation of the PostGIS provider on the
King Oracle.
The architecture is similar and i think the implementation for this meta
table would be quite staigth forward

What do you think?
