I have committed King.Informix and King.KML. I think there could be
build problems as it is now (paths). Simon will get providers from trunk
and fix it so it can build.

Yes. Please do. If you can, please use the Camel case naming convention
for provider directories as seen with the other providers.

I would submit Informix ( KML also ) to svn. We had RFC for Informix. I
think we need to finish that too.
I can just create folders and submit it, both Informix and KML ?
