Yes. We can remove those packages. They are included because they are in still in all the build scripts.

Hey Greg,
It looks like there is some confusion in the PostGIS/PostgreSQL part of the distribution.
In source files, it looks like PostGIS provider is being distributed; I thought we were discontinuing this for 3.6?
In binary files, it looks like there is a separate package for PostgreSQL, but I suspect that this may be the PostGIS provider since the generic odbc download also includes PostgreSQL?
I didn't download the SDK to see if the PostGIS provider was still being included there.
