[fdo-internals] Re: Where to get up to date FDO libs

That API was introduced in FDO 3.5 as part of making FdoIDisposable
thread-safe. 

The FDO 3.5.0 RC1 SDK (the latest binary release) should do the job. I'm
using this to build MapGuide from trunk with no issues.
