I already updated the RFC according to your suggestions. It mainly expand the example to demonstrate the linkage between select and GetFeatureInfo command.

Hi Cheney,
In the RFC, can you revisit the example and expand it to demonstrate how a caller would request an initial FdoISelect area(s) with height/width and how an area/resolution would then be reselected/altered by passing values into the GetFeatureInfo command? I think readers needs to see the linkage between an initial set of FdoISelect statements returning tiles of information and the subsequent calls to GetFeatureInfo.
