[fdo-internals] FDO 3.6.0.5104 / MySQL provider

Hi Greg,

I had the same issue with FDO 3.5.0, just the other way round (32-bit "pair"
worked OK, while 64-bit didn't).

For 32-bit "pair" of libmySQL.dll and FDO 3.6.0.5104 I'm using MySQL
Connector/C 6.0.2 package found at:

P.S.
Probably unrelated to issue above - in Generic RDBMS providers (3.6.0)
source package there's ..\com\AlterSchemaMySQL.sql file, while it's missing
in RDBMS providers binary package.

Both the 32 and 64-bit builds should be able to use the same numbered build
of MySQL. We have not had to use different builds.

I'm trying to "pair" correct libmySQL.dll with FDO 3.6.0 releases for both
32-bit and 64-bit platforms, but it just won't work as expected. Here's the
catch:

1) 64-bit platform:
 - FDO 3.6.0.5104 binaries (64-bit)
 - libmySQL.dll from MySQL Connector/C 6.0.2 (64-bit)

Above combination works OK, but...

2) 32-bit platform:
 - FDO 3.6.0.5104 binaries (32-bit)
 - libmySQL.dll from MySQL Connector/C 6.0.2 (32-bit)

...is /not/, as it fails on describe schema or something.

What's the correct libmySQL.dll build to use with FDO 3.6.0.5104 binaries
(32-bit)?
