[fdo-internals] For review: 64-bit linux compilation support

Ok, I ran the tests through gdb and found the problem.

It is segfaulting on FdoRegistryUtility::GetFileName() trying to locate
providers.xml. That segfault message must've been muffled by cppunit. 

At least this gives me something more to work with.
