 - Created two new libraries: one linking with 9.1 client and one with 9.2
 client.
 - Created a new library which will load at run time one of (upper
 mentioned) providers based on 9.1 or 9.2 client (depending which one can
 be loaded).
 - The library loader looks first for 9.2 client and if is not found loads
 9.1 based provider.
 - Unit test now is based on 9.2 libraries.
 - The user must have 9.1 and 9.2 ArcSDE clients to be able to build
 successful ArcSDE provider.
