 I added building of Thirdparty modules required by PostGIS to the
 ''build_thirdparty.bat'' and ''Thirdparty\build.bat''.

 I decided to not to commit it directly, but submit as patches for review.

 Please, take a look at two patches attached if my changes are correct.
