 Some tiff files in WMS server have two bands, first is the RGBA band and
 the other is elevation band. Currently WMS provider will add the elevation
 band in the first and RGBA band at second. The order should be reversed,
 so the first RBGA band image can be displayed correctly. And also we
 marked elevation band as unknown type cause the provider does't support it
 yet.
