 If the SQLServerSpatial provider is used to connect to a version 8.0
 (2000) instance, an exception with message indicating that sys.objects is
 missing is throw.

 SQL Server 2000 does not have spatial handling so it's not worthwhile
 supporting connections to it via this provider. These connections can be
 done using the ODBC provider. However the error message could be made more
 explanatory.
