[fdo-users] FdoMessage.h missing from svn?

I believe you will have to build the FDO API before building the PostGIS
provider. PostGIS cannot be built off of the FDO SDK files.

Follow the instructions in OpenSourceBuild__README.txt on how to build
FDO.

Here is a quick step by step set of calls for a debug release:

1) Call setenvironment.bat
2) Call build_thirdparty -w=fdo -c=debug
3) Call build -w=fdo -c=debug

Hi list,

I'm trying to build fdo postgis from the subversion code tree, but am 
running into problems. It seems that the FdoMessage.h file is missing 
from the repository; it is referenced in 
https://svn.osgeo.org/fdo/trunk/Fdo/Unmanaged/Inc/Common/Exception.h but

not present anywhere.

In a source archive this file can be found in the Fdo\Unmanaged\Inc 
folder, so it probably needs to be added to the repository.
