[fdo-users] MPolygon <-> FDO

Hi Gavin,

Managed AcDb MPolygon support is exposed through AcMPolygonMGD.dll which
sits in Asdk installation folder, e.g. C:\Program Files\Autodesk Map 3D
200x.
