[fdo-users] bulkcopy ArcSDE -> SQLite

Jackie is right all the way.

ArcSDE provider doesn't let you create or modify new schema so you must have an existing schema for ArcSDE and do the mapping between the source and the target schema. The most common problem encountered is a wrong mapping to the existing schema which triggers Bulkcopy to try to alter the schema. This fails because the provider doesn't support schema creation/modification.

That's a question that should be asked to Autodesk (or their official
discussion channels) instead, as the BulkCopy component is part of the Map
ObjectARX SDK and not the open source FDO.

But I would guess in theory any provider is a valid bulk copy source and any
provider that supports write and schema creation/modification is a valid
bulk copy target.
