[fdo-users] #error : wchar_t must be defined

I will be using FDO in our Windows software, which we build with "Treat
wchar_t as Built-in Type"=No.  Fdo.h generates an error when I use that
option.  Will I run into problems in FDO if I rebuild it without defining
wchar_t as a built-in type?
