[fdo-users] SQL Azure and FDO

... now I thought I was being clever but got stuck!

SQL Azure - the cloud service from MS... I can't connect with the SQL Server
2008 (3.4.1 RC2).
Aka FDO Toolbox 0.9

Is the error below part of the internal provider logic?
