Yes, after running make successfully, just do a
sudo make install
and you should be all done. Check /usr/local/lib (or /usr/local/lib64) to make sure there is an fdo-3.5.0 directory in there.

Confirmed. After running cmake for the second time, the previous noted
error did not appear, and the build was complete.
Now, FDO is completely installed? I mean, no more scripts like
buld_thirdparty and build_linux.sh
