I took the class 
http://code.google.com/p/fdotoolbox/source/browse/trunk/FdoToolbox.Core/Utility/FdoGeometryUtil.cs#694

i added under the name space OSGeo.FDO.Utility and everything works fine 
and really fast. It should be included in the next release of FDO really 
usefull.
