Ok,

i found the response: the ArcSDE provider doesn't work on PostgreSQL.
I open a thread on ArcSDE forum and i get the reason:
the provider uses SE_version_get_info_by_id function of ArcSDE C API; this
function is unimplemented for ArcSDE on PostgreSQL; ESRI staff suggests the
use of SE_version_get_info instead.
