[fdo-users] Error while creating a database table

hi,
I m trying to create a table dynamically, Table is created dynamically but
following exceptions is thrown.

"RDBMS: ERROR:  operator class "gist_geometry_ops" does not exist for access
method "gist"

What could be the cause for this?
