[fdo-users] Error while creating a database table

PostGIS 2.0 right?

The FDO provider doesn't fully handle creating PostGIS 2.0 tables. This was
fixed after FDO 3.8 final.

If you're using FDO 3.8, you can pluck the provider DLLs from an
installation of FDO Toolbox 1.2 (http://fdotoolbox.googlecode.com). It has
this fix compiled in.
