  This change fixes 2 issues one related to the scrallable reader getting its context ovewritten by a feature reader. This happen if the 2 readers are open an being used against the same class/table.
The second issue happen when a huge amounts of edits happen to the RTree which may trigger alot of deletes and addition of new nodes. The id of the new nodes may re-use existing ids and overwrite existing nodes.
