  This carries out changes in FdoGeometry to complement those done in Oracle 
Provider to cut overhead during geometry handling.  Internal changes were done 
to reduce heap activity by:
 - doing a bit more object pooling
 - using some newer constructors that don't require per-position object creation

This makes Oracle Provider about 5% faster for feature retrieval.  Other providers that use FdoGeometry may see a bigger or smaller difference, depending on their datastore's native overhead.
