- Description set to new value
  The ODBC API used to load the meta data by the FDO ODBC provider is very slow. This is particularly true for the Oracle ODBC provider. Also to make matter worst, the ODBC provider loads one table and one column at a time. This change bypass the ODBC API by directly querying the Oracle meta data table as well as perform a bulk load of all the table and column definition as well as the primary keys.
