In some ways Quickbooks can help you here too (at least with your  
high level of access).  I import the TD bank records directly into QB  
- then annotate and categorise them directly.  There is a bank  
"transaction" log that at least shows all the records that were  
imported.  Maybe you'll want more, but a scan of that along with the  
online TD tools might be enough for you.
