Hi Lee,

I think that's a good idea to formalize the project further. I believe 
that we should start from what you already suggested regarding the 
different tasks. We can work from that starting point. Can you take the 
lead so everyone can add his (her) suggestions ? This will help 
obviously to get on truck and to make sure thatwe are moving on to the 
right direction.

I was wondering about the design of the software / system / plugin : 
e.g. building classes, inheritance, ...Or maybe it's to early?

In the meanwhile, I'll start looking at A1.
