[FOSS-GPS] High accuracy positioning with low cost GPS devices: a FOSS project

U-blox sells different versions of their chipset, and the lower cost ones generally don't provide raw data. I tried an LEA-4H from a Wintec GPS receiver. No luck at all.

Any chance we could read the theses?
