I am the developer of the QLandkarte applications.

QLandkarte - a map application to display Garmin maps and to exchange data 
with your Garmin device.

QLandkarte GT - a map application to display raster maps in GeoTiff format. It 
can exchange data with Garmin devices and QLandkarte M

QLandkarte M - a moving map application for raster maps in GeoTiff format 
based on the Qtopia platform for mobile devices.
