[FOSS-GPS] rtklib: simple DGPS post-processing experiment

Dear Timo

Thanks a lot for pointing out the problem of RNX2RTKP.

I just missed the implementation of -y option.

I have started the patch to fix the bug. See No.43 in the
following page. The patch also includes the manual
correction.
