I confirmed the OEMStar manual.
OEMStar can output RTCM 1002, 1004, 1010, 1012 but
does not support carrier-phase observables as follows.
>The OEMStar does not currently transmit carrier phase corrections.
With RTKLIB 2.3.0, you can use RANGECMPB or
RANGEB raw carrier phase same as OEM4/V
instead of RTCM.
