It seems from your video and the output file that something is wrong 
with the antenna, the satellite's signals should be stronger than that 
(the output file shows no satellites at all).
The video shows that observations and navigation (satellite's ephemeris 
data) are being collected OK, so fixing the antenna issue should be the 
next step.
