I think you have to fix some lines inside rtknav configuration file.
Your video shows L1+L2 and 2000/01.

I apologise, I don't have a real Windows machine, but based on my tests under GNU/Linux, you can get some directions to fix your problem, I hope.
Please, skip some of my steps as your PC is talking with the receiver. :-)
