[FOSS-GPS] UCenter enable RXM-RAW packets

I am currently using the ardupilot Ublox config file. Does editting this
change the firmware?

I was thinking it involved changing something in:

CFG-RXM - 06 11 02 00 08 00

however I am not sure what to do.
