[FOSS-GPS] Moving Baseline mode in RTKLIB

Oh, forgot to mention that the quality metric is mostly on "float" (which
means that the carrier ambiguity is not resolved) while RTKLIB is running in
moving baseline mode.  Is there something I've missed?
