[FOSS-GPS] (Basic) Minicom does not show correct Output

Yes I turned the Hardware Control off but the problem persists. 
I also change the baud rate of minicom and also changed it for my consolve
using stty -F /dev/ttyACM0 38400.
I tried the same with baud rate  but I get the same problem. 

I dont know what to do now.
