[FOSS-GPS] Min Ratio to Fix Ambiguity

Hi All,

Can anyone explain what is "Min Ratio to Fix Ambiguity" in RTKNAVI/RTKPOST
options->settings2. What does it do?
Default = 3. When I change to 2 or 1, I get more fix values. Why is it so? 
I cannot understand from the manual.
