[FOSS-GPS] GPS outage?

Hello everyone,

This is my first post on FOSS GPS.

Yesterday, using a NVS - NV08C and a Tallysman 3430 antenna I captured 3
series of raw measurements with the objective of post - processing them
with a nearby CORS station in RTKLIB.

After having collected the raw measurements and looking at them, it appears
that I lost the signal from 18:00 to 20:00 (attached are the RINEX files).

I don't quite fully understand what happened. Has someone else had this
issue before? Is this a GPS outage?
