[FOSS-GPS] Ephemeris storage, how to purge it in RTKLIB and RTKnavi

Thanks Dan
When I cut that part of the *.ini file off, AND restart RTKnavi it then
loses all the data. Yeah!
The cold restart is needed as it seems to keep the past ephemeris in
memory as well, and it will not re-read the *.ini file until that moment
in time.

Once restarted it now seems to have a blank starting point

But if I completely remove the entire *.ini file, it seems to still know
where the prior used caster is at when it is again restarted. How on
earth did it know that one wonders?

[That is an open caster we run for tests in LA]

I have been looking in the documentation and wandering about in the code
base for some time, but still do not have a sufficient feel the strcutre
of these tools. Thanks again for your rapid help.
