[FOSS-GPS] RTKLIB: str2str output rate

Hi Robert,

Here's the str2str command I use to start the stream

./str2str -in serial://ttyACM0:9600#ubx -out tcpsvr://:50021

And here is the configuration file for rtkrcv:

rtkrcv.conf
